We then separate the skin from the abdominal wall all the way up to your ribs and lift a large skin flap to reveal the vertical muscles in your abdomen. These muscles are tightened by pulling them close together and stitching them into their new position.

The skin flap is then stretched down and the extra skin is removed. A new opening is made for the belly button at the right position. The incisions are closed with sutures and/or staples, and gauze is placed over the incision area.

If the fat deposits are all located below the navel, we may recommend a less complex procedure called a mini-tummy tuck or partial abdominoplasty. In partial or modified tummy tuck, the incision is much shorter and the navel may not need to be moved. The skin is separated only between the incision line and the navel. This skin flap is stretched down, the excess is removed, and the flap is stitched back into place. Both a partial and complete abdominoplasty may be performed in conjunction with liposuction to remove fat deposits from the hips, waist or thighs for a better contour.

my body is pretty even, not too thin, not too fat, but i always seems to have a few extra pound on my belly, what is a good exercise to loss belly fat?

Well heres from my experience.

I walk daily and diet. I also jog after about 45 minutes of just walking, sometimes 25. I then jog for about an hour. Not a straight hour of nonstop jogging though. I do stop for a while then start jogging again. By doing this I lost some belly fat and some facial fat. I weighed about 239 at the begining of May and in mid July I weighed in 220.
I now weight about 210.

I also stopped drinking soda and started drinking a lot more water. I only drink either water, milk, or tea.

I workout 5 days a week and eat healthy, but what would be more of a benefit for the stomach, pilates or walking? I feel like walking mostly helps my legs and thighs, but I really need to lose the love handles and mid section. I am thinking of alternating 2 different types of pilates instead of 1 type of pilates and walking for 30 min, any suggestions?

some trainers will not tell you this: pilates, crunches or set ups won’t make you lose belly fat. they will strengthen your abs but you will not be able to see results until you lose the fat first. now to answer your question, follow aerobics plane or run instead of walking and with the proper diet you will lose that fat. do abs workout as well it burns calories and with time you will see a big difference also a good advise is to steam your vegetables instead of regularly cooking them specially broccoli and other fiber filled veggiess.
