Hello all, Im a slim female but have a stomach pouch that Im trying to get rid of. I dont want to lose weight because Im slim, I just want to lose my belly. Any advice???? I was told to walk, but Im afraid walking will cause me to not only lose my belly fat but also some of my weight. I do stomach exercises regularly.
Given here are some easy and fast weight loss ideas:
Make water your favorite drink. A person must have a minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day. Avoid taking soft drinks or carbonated beverages; moreover replace them with water. Water helps in reducing weight in the most effective manner.

So I know the whole running deal is great for losing weight, but I’m also looking for stationary exercises. I already know ab crunches, but that’s only good for the front. How about for sides? Other areas? What’re some good exercises, and what’s a good rate to start at? (i.e., 50 a day, etc.)
Liposuction

I am trying to turn my keg into a 6 six.
Get a piece of catnip mouse, sniff it, and then you’ll eventually find yourself exercising.

I run every day. My diet is almost all veggies now, and I burn at least 400 calories per day on the treadmill (lately 500). My legs and butt have trimmed right up! Under my chin is starting to look better too. But my belly just stays the same. Is all this running not enough for belly fat? Should I be doing something else?
REally? Running helps my abs better than crunches. Run more. Walk fast on an incline. Burn around 700 or 800 a day but just until you are where you want.
