if u wanna lose fat then do normal exercise and keep a healthy diet. but if u wanna lose belly fat the do exercises which use alot of abdominal muscles. however thats just to tone u cant lose fat off a specific area just the whole body

Boxing is a great exercise! Its a great way to cross train! Make sure you move the hips though. It gets a better burn in the mid sections and generate more power. It will allow you to last longer.
