Working aerobically on your abdominal muscles for over 7 minutes stimulates the capillaries in this area. These in turn increase the blood flow. i do it 2+ a day never exceeding 5 (learnt from day 1 sore abs dont help) in conjunction with treadmill and other cardio it hasnt gotten me a 6pack in 1 day regardless of the natural toning of my abs already. if u already had a 6 pack it never got u ur 6 pack an excercise that can get u 6 pac afta one attempt wud b a miracle XD
