u cant isolate areas, just get off that couch and jump on the treadmill

You don’t need a treadmill, just go outside and run. Interval training is best for burning fat. Meaning sprint for 1 minute and then jog for 20 seconds and keep repeating and eventually increasing to longer sprints. Interval cardio is agreat way to burn fat.
