acai berry pills do work and theyre 100 percent natural…
try not eating too much carbs and eat lots of protein
get sufficient sleep and workout in the morning
drink lots and lots of water to speed up your metabolism
eat breakfast everyday (dont starve yourself because your body will start eating itself and you will lose muscles and muscles burn fat)
dont eat 3 times a day try like 6-9 smaller meals.
do some weight lifting…a lot of women think its just to gain bulk but its really not… just do high reps and low weights to burn fat and tone muscle
rest rest rest because if you overwork your muscles you wont get results REMEMBER MUSCLES BURN FAT. i kno isnt it great even when your just sitting down you will be burning fat.
and MUSCLES WEIGH MORE THAN FAT soo if it seems like your gaining weight dont stop what your doing because its the BMI (look it up) that matters not your weight
swimming is a good excercise and its low impact.
if your not getting anymore results from your daily routine how bout changing it up…. its called muscle confusion (P90X-look it up)
instead of push ups how bout dumbellpresses and instead of situps how bout you lie down on hte floor get your legs straight and put your feet in the air 6 inches (hold it as long as you can)
and instead of squats how bout running hills or lunges

Oh, no, you shouldn’t buy pills! But also all these cardio workout programs and diets just don’t work… Reading a lot on this subject, I found out how many unproductive myths there are about how we gain and how we should lose fat! It’s amazing..
For instance, that there is no fat loss magic to doing cardio on an empty stomach. In fact, most trainers “in-the-know” are using intervals instead of slow, boring cardio to help their clients burn fat fast. And honestly, who wants to be doing boring cardio at 6am while their stomach is rumbling? And now, it’s finally discovered that long cardio or aerobic workouts several days a week are the WORST WAY to burn fat.
The fact is we’re burning fat all the time, even while you sit and read Yahoo Answers here. So you don’t need working out every day, but it’s just enough to do 3 short home fitness workouts per week of 45 minutes with no cardio at all…
Maybe the greatest is the Late-Night-Eating myth… And here I too discovered that what my body usually tells me was the right thing: Going to bed hungry is one of the WORST THINGS YOU CAN DO.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
