I can’t seem to lose fast enough with just walking. I hate this bulge but if I take something I don’t want to jeopardize my health.

so run swim play a sport sumthing! walking may not be enuf for your body to burn the fat. dont take a pill… no matter what they say none of them are safe and theyre just shortcuts- you’ll most likely gain the weight right back after you stop taking them.
