how can i lose belly fat without losing too much weight in numbers?

i’m going to the beach in a couple weeks and i want to drop some fat, without losing too many numbers.
(i’m in treatment for anorexia, and i have been for two years, so i get weighed every week. i just want to look great in a bikini)
Try some sit ups and crunches, along with cardio exercises.

since we cant spot reduce body fat naturally the only way is to reduce body fat percentage by healthy diet and cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
Make sure you eat enough to not lose weight.
Do weight training 2-3 times a week.

hello. I do not know you, will only stay, try some situps. we americans are so well, teleevision-bitten and computer chatted. we SIT so much, when we could do something ’simple’ like walk for say, five minutes time. situps, curls, crunches, do something to kindly move your metabolism up a step. good day. : }
