Hey i want to lose my belly fat, but i want to gain weight for football.
How do i do this ??? thanks.. I dont want to lose weight because i want to stay at a heavy weight for football. I just need to get rid of my belly.

Convert all that fat to muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, and will burn away your belly fat. For football in general, power cleans are an excellent work out. Google it. They help give you that explosion off the line. It’s almost like spring loading yourself. As for your belly, I would do straight ab work outs. One of the best ones I did in high school was holding a 45lb weight up to my chest and doing sit ups off a weight bench. Let me tell you, that will burn your belly away quick! I hope this helps.
