You&#039;re asking &quot;HOW&quot;.  I&#039;m saying that you should be asking &quot;WHY&quot;.

Because when your &quot;WHY&quot; is strong enough, you&#039;ll find a way &quot;HOW&quot;.

DECIDE
•What do you want?
•Why do you want it? 

DESIRE
•When the “why” becomes clear, the how becomes easier.
•ex. For me, it’s my kids.
 
DOCUMENT
•Set some goals and WRITE THEM DOWN!
•Mail them to a friend. Set up a reminder in your Blackberry.
 
ENVISION
•What does your life look like when these goals are achieved?
•What would you do if you knew you could not fail?
•Make it REAL!

ACT
•This is where 95% of people get stuck.
•Go back to DESIRE.  That motivation has to be pure enough to keep you going.
•Take ONE STEP first. (for example, if your goal is building your upper body just start with doing 5 push-ups.  Even just drop and do them right now.  IN FACT, I did just that!  Right now.)
 
At some point, we all have to dig in and find it in ourselves to live our vision.  The size of the vision doesn’t matter.  But the person trying to live it (that’s you) sure does.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Lots of experience.

		<description>Convert all that fat to muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, and will burn away your belly fat. For football in general, power cleans are an excellent work out. Google it. They help give you that explosion off the line. It&#039;s almost like spring loading yourself. As for your belly, I would do straight ab work outs. One of the best ones I did in high school was holding a 45lb weight up to my chest and doing sit ups off a weight bench. Let me tell you, that will burn your belly away quick!
