how to lose belly fat without equipment without losing musscle?

im 11 and i want a six pack i been working out my abbes and they are sore so now i want to lose my belly fat please help
if u can tell me tips, diets, or Activities or can u tell me some exercise i can do
and yah i know im a little young its just i want be like my cuz and he is a bodybuilder
You can’t target weight loss in one area, you have to do it all over your body. The best way to do this is to do cardio exercises, like running, swimming, riding your bike, etc. Do things that make you breathe hard and work up a sweat.
And don’t eat junk food.

ok, well im 11 too, and i’ve been trying to lose belly fat also but obviously, im a girl. i think the best way is to do crunches, and jog, swim, exercise… after you lose the belly fat, then start to work out your abs by doing crunches, and stretching ur stomach more often. but remember, im a girl, and that worked out for me, so im not sure about u… anyways, hope that helped!

Lean meats (turkey, chicken), whole grains, lots of vegetables, six small meals a day, cardio 5 times a week, and strength exercises (lifting weights) about three or four times a week. Your diet is the most important part to losing belly fat.
