I need help losing belly fat?
I’m 15 years old, I weigh 136 pounds. But I seem to have trouble losing belly fat.
Please don’t tell me to do crunches. I’ve tried that and I didn’t get much results.
I’ve heard about the bycicle crunch but I’m not sure if it would work for me.
I already know about sit ups, but does anyone know any better options?

I am in the military and the number 1 exercise we do for stomach region is to sit on the floor with your feet straight out in front of you, then lean back (like your going to lay down) but stop about halfway down and hold yourself in that position for a minute. Do 10 of these twice a day… and DONT let your feet come off the ground. So your halfway sitting up, but half way laying down. Not sure what this exercise is called but OMG you will totally feel it the next day! Good Luck!

i adore bryan kest original power yoga dvds! (the yellow/orange cover) w/ the power yoga and 6 minute abs. i swear by them
‘v’ pose and plank pose are also good. hold each for about a minute. 30 seconds min.
and dont laugh…but the dvd from the special k box is good too! espically for cardio

I did exercise weightloss disc and I lost about 50 pounds in not even 3 months.
And I’ve kept it off for almost 2 years now.
I found it to be the way because it pretty effective and you didn’t have to count points or anything like that.
What I lost really isn’t typical for the amount of time I did it but
I know others who have done it and they got really good results from it as well.
