I’ve been hearing a lot of different answers for this question and i wanna know which is better for losing belly fat faster, walking or running?
Running burns calories faster, so if you were to walk or run for the same amount of time, running would obviously be better.

Because when you run you work your muscles harder so that makes them strain and you lose more weight, but if you walk you’re not working as hard and it will take longer for better results. The longer you go, the more you lose. Hope that helped!!!

running allows you to burn more calories in a shorter amount of time than walking but this isn’t always what you need. Walking the same distance will take longer but burn almost as many calories. Plus it will use your fat for a energy source instead of using sugar. It is also less stress on your joints to walk.

Try interval training. It targets belly fat and will help you lose it faster than regular jogging.
Interval training involves bursts of high intensity work. Try starting out jogging at an easy pace, then sprint for 1-2 minutes. Go back to jogging for like 3 minutes, then sprint again. There are good interval workouts if you click on the link below.
