Losing belly fat after having a baby?

I just had a baby 3 months ago, and I'm trying to get back into shape.
Does anyone know the best way to lose belly fat? Do I need to go on a diet? Any help would be really appreciated!

I feel that despite all the new trends that are out there, good old fashion jogging/running and crunches still works the best and you won't have to spend too much money to get the best results. You just need some dedication and a little time each day. Of course you need to eat healthy, but I wouldn't necessarily say you need to go on a diet. Just eat healthy.

Lots and lots of crunches. Look up the different ways to do a crunch to make sure you are getting all the different muscles in your stomach.

It really does take about a year to get rid of the baby weight, maybe not in celebirty world, but in the real world. Just eat right and work out a few times a week, its only been 3 months it will come off.

you have to do intence abb workouts. buy a bender ball it only takes five minutes a day! i had twins recently and it works like magic!

Hello
diet and cardio exercize is the only way to get rid of it. Also by doing crunches.
