Losing belly fat for a 17- year- old student?
I’m 17 years old and my height is 5 feet 7. I weigh 130 pounds. I checked the BMI and it said that my body is normal, but my belly is a little fat. I wear size-29 jean. I started taking weight lifting since September, but my belly fat is still the same. So my question is how do i lose the belly fat so that I can get 6 abs easily? Thanks for all your help
Exercises such as crunches and weight lifting should be able to take care of your belly fat. You should also watch what you eat to make sure that you are not replacing the calories that you’ve burn when you exercise. do a few sets of crunches every day. but stick mainly to gaining muscle mass meaning weight lifting. the more muscle you have. the more fat you burn

stop thinking about it, get in a habit of eating smaller and healthier portions, and don’t weigh yourself till about a month. if you keep looking you’re too nervous to focus. trust me i know,
and im younger than you and weigh 118 pounds, and i don’t even have that much belly fat

Abs are made mostly in the kitchen. If you are working out and still have too much belly fat look at what you are eating. I am NOT saying to eat less, but to change what you are eating. Maybe you eat out too much, eating too much fatty foods or have too much sugar. I don’t know what you are eating so I can’t tell you what to change.
You should probably also start doing some cardio exercises to help burn the fat. Good luck
