Please i need shed off Losing belly fat?
I have alot of belly fat,that i want to shed off.Please advice on the diet that i should take and which is the best exercise, track or gym ?

Without telling you what I do for a living, let me advise you to diet. "Belly fat" will come off when the rest of the fat does. Exercise helps, too. Try Weight Watchers.
