What is a good diet for losing belly fat?

I want the diet to be simple and has good food.
You can eat normal foods..Just make sure they are low in fat. and try to cut out the greasy foods..and fast food restraunts. You can also do crunches and exercises that work your ab muscles.
Make sure you add a lot of veggies and fruit to your diet too.

eat a lot of protein!!!!!!! n drink water as much as u can…avoid rice

Probably a good exercise program and grilled food as opposed to fried. Green vegies, salad w/low fat dressings.

acoid eating too much sweets and junk foods

I would try and eliminate snacking on crap such as biscuit or crisps…Eat celery or a carrot if you are peckish between meals!
