		<description>some trainers will not tell you this: pilates, crunches or set ups won&#039;t make you lose belly fat. they will strengthen your abs but you will not be able to see results until you lose the fat first. now to answer your question, follow aerobics plane or run instead of walking and with the proper diet you will lose that fat. do abs workout as well it burns calories and with time you will see a big difference also a good advise is to steam your vegetables instead of regularly cooking them specially broccoli and other fiber filled veggiess.
