what’s the best belly fat losing excersice? Like one I can do at home, without any equipment or stuff that costs lots of money. Thanks!
Just make yourself sweat. The ab exercises are good, but they’ll just build muscle underneath of fat. I swear, these people who think you can target fat loss at a certain point on your body. Just eat right, drink water, and run……there’s no secret, you just have to work for it.

Crunches, sit ups. Don’t drink soda and unhealthy foods.

Don’t eat fatty foods–no butter or cheese or oils, only non fat milk, no fried foods…eat veggies and not much meat…some, but not a lot.
Belly crunches work. Don’t hold any weights when you do them because you do not want your belly muscles to grow. Do modified crunches, they are easiest on your back, sit ups can damage your lower back and then you are messed up.
