<p>I am a 5.7 and 31 years old and a month ago I weigh 147lbs although about a year ago I weighed 188lbs. I am not very happy with how I look, although I have slimmed down a lot, but I still look like I&#8217;m pregnant. My stomach is flabby, my butt is big and I just feel and look disgusting. I used to run on treadmill for 15-20 mins then do some stretching for 10 min and then workout for 30-40 mins and all this 7 days a week. But I just couldn’t reach my goal. It is enough to make anyone frustrated. </p>
<p>A month ago a friend introduced me a workout program. I was skeptical at first that this would work by itself. <p>To lose stomach fat you have to throw out the junk food! You are what you eat, so don’t eat junk. Do not keep junk food like cookies, chips, sweets and other similar products in your house. If you do not have these bad foods lying around, you will not think about them and after sometime, you will break the bad eating habits. But, why is junk food so bad? Mostly it is due to the high sugar content of junk food. Most junk food consists of refined carbs and sugar, which when eaten quickly raise blood sugar levels, leading to reduction in fat burning and increase in appetite.</p>
<p>Carbohydrates and Losing Belly Fat – Belly Fat Rule 2</p>
<p>Consumption of carbohydrate is essential, but there are good carbs and bad carbs. Refined flours and the foods that they create, such as white bread, pasta, donuts, cakes and biscuits should be avoided. Your body cannot metabolize too much carbohydrate at once because the body doesn’t need so much energy at once. The excess sugar from the carbohydrates will just turn into stomach fat.Avoiding carbs increases the fat burning metabolism (lipolysis), which helps to reduce stomach fat.Combine your meals with a good mixture of protein, carbohydrates and vegetables. Your source of protein should be in the size of a deck of cards; the carbohydrates in the size of your palm and the major bulk of your meals should come from vegetables.</p>

When we diet the part of our anatomy that is the slimmest tends to be the part where we lose weight first, which is not very convenient. So you would probably lose weight up top, on your back side and your legs, even your face, before you lost any on your stomach. Try an ab work out, but be sure to exercise the rest of the body too, at least a little.</p>

<br />You can&#8217;t create abs. You already have them. We all do, its human anatomy. The only reason you can&#8217;t see your abs is because you still have body fat covering them. Yes, no matter how low is your weight, if you can&#8217;t see your abs then you still have too much body fat covering your abs.</p>
<p>Also, here is one misunderstood information that I will make it a life goal to change in this world. Muscles are not connected to body fat. Muscles already have their own energy storage, they use it when you work them out. You can do all the situps your whole life and you will not remove one inch of body fat. Sure, you will have hard rock abs, but what&#8217;s the point of you can&#8217;t see them? <img src='http://www.losingbellyfattips.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Let me try to paint an image for you here that may help you to understand. You&#8217;ve seen a lot pictures of guys with six-packs, may be even see them in person.</p>
<p>When was the last time you saw someone with a six-pack and man-boobs??? Or six-pack and flabby arms???</p>

<p>When males get their body fat down to 10% body fat, they will have a flat stomach (with a hint of a 2-pack) with no excess body fat anywhere. That&#8217;s what a body fat percentage is, is how much body fat covering your muscles, the less you have of it, the more tone and muscly you will look.</p>
<p>If you can get your body fat to 6-7%, your will have a body fat so low it&#8217;s not even enough to cover the cracks of your abs, revealing a whole six-pack.</p>
<p>6-7% body fat (for males only) = six-pack + bros lee&#8217;s body (you know what I mean :P)</p>
