		<description>&lt;b&gt;Yeah, try out " ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; Yeah, try out "inverted bodyweight rows".  Its the opposite of a push up, so it balances out the muscles.  Get under a bar thats about waist high, and pull yourself up with your lats/ biceps while your feet are on the ground, and your body's in a straight line.</description>

If you work until your exhausted your metabolism, heart rate move faster and burn quicker. its like a sprinter vs. a long distance runner. You would think the long distance runner burns more and loses more fat but that's not necessarily the case. the quick demand on the body = quick burning. Another HUGE point for someone looking for abs simply is this...ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN so eat sensibly</description>
