Only if you are …
Only if you are doing this every day for 30 mins or more. You have to do workouts more then 10 mins because fats start to burn only after that period. After 30 mins you get the best results.

This is fake. You cannot lose belly fat without doing cardio workouts like interval running and without good nutrition. With excercises shown own video belly fat would remain the same.

nothing really works unless you have the motivation to DO IT and continue to do it to see results. remember, you dont actually see a huge physical change until atleast a year after a continous workout routine
