		<description>You've got to work out both your upper and lower abs.  Most people make the mistake of only working out the upper and then wonder why their lower tummy is still large.  Upper abs can be done with crunches (get on floor, raise knees up, lift head 6 inches high, go down, repeat), or broomstick twists (get broomstick, get on floor, raise knees, lift head off the ground and twist from side to side).  But for the lower abs, try this:  lie flat on the ground, feet straight and together.  Slowly lift feet off the ground till they point to the ceiling.  Then slowly lower.  Repeat.  This will work out your LOWER abs.  When you do all these exercises regularly, you'll have a 12 pack in no time.  Don't forget a good diet. Make sure you really work up a sweat for at least 45 minutes every day, no exceptions. 

Drink only water, no soda or juice. Stay away from all things fried and sugary. 

And just stay active. Do you need to amp up your workout routine? Try a different activity that still makes you sweat. Go rock climbing, swimming, running, raquet ball, kickboxing, dancing with your girl, you get the idea.

And also do not eat food high in calories or saturated fat, it will just go straight to the stomach, and also drink plenty of water.
