I’m still a teenager but I’m overweight slightly. I just need a fast, safe way to loose weight fast. It doesn’t have to be a lot of weight. Just whatever. Don’t say workout. I’ve tried it a LOT! I work out all the time, I don’t eat much but I don’t loose weight. Give me a trick!
A simple natural diet that works is the Apple Cider Vinegar diet.
taking a table spoon before each meal helps curb cravings and help you eat less.
Apple cider vinegar also flushes waste out of you system and gives you energy.
Cons of this diet is tat the vinegar can strip the enamel off your teeth after a long period of time. To stop this add a pinch of backing soda with your vinegar
I put a table spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and a Table spoon of honey in hot water for a yummy taste. plus the pinch of backing soda.
I used it for three weeks and lost 15 lbs without changing diet or work outs.
