apparently diet …
apparently diet cola is worse for you then regular not for weight lose but for your health because it uses artificial sugar but your only supposed to have 2 packets of artificial sugar a day at most and pop companies use something like 25 or 28 to make it as sweet as regular soda

Take in less …
Take in less calories than you burn. Eat less than you use. Exercise burns calories. Eating less calorie dense foods helps to create the deficit. Eating oatmeal has very few calories, but MAKES YOU FEEL FULL. Feeling full is very important for some folks. Leave the table before you feel like “you can’t eat anymore”… switching to a zero calorie soda is a very smart move!

it sucks, the new …
it sucks, the new DDR for xbox 360 has too many loading screens you spend most of the time standing there doing nothing. and then the songs are so short.
If I had one to recommend one it would be DDR max 2 for ps2. it had short loading screens and endless mode was easy to unlock. Endless mode helps a TON. Plus it’s fun to try and beat old scores.
Wish the new DDR’s loading screens weren’t so long.

The US Army reccomoends a gym work ouy plan for fast wieght lost. 20 minutes on a stairmaster, run two miles on a tredmill, and core exercises Incline situps work really well. On top of that always keep your self under 1000 calories a day unles you over 6 foot 6 than go up to 1500.
