i still think best way to lose weight anywhere on your body is to bike for 2-4hrs a day in the sun for a week. make sure you wear long sleeve shirt too. thats how lance armstrong lost all his weight. it should only take a week. doing this excerise will take several months.

you know if you can do that with the ease on the video anyone will think you’re really fit.. Its funny how some folks have to blindly criticize stuff without trying for themselves. I tried them but I could do them all very slowly and was run down by the time I finished the 2nd exercise… I’m gonna work this into my routine when I’m not working out at all.
