This intense workout is known as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Why is HIIT so good? Because unlike conventional jogging (for some reason, people think jogging is the best weight loss exercise, when it definitely isn’t), HIIT increases your metabolism such that you will be burning calories even after you are done with the workout. And here is another thing really good about HIIT. Unlike jogging, you can finish one HIIT work out in just 15 minutes. Who says you have to spend a lot of time to work out?
Here is how you can properly perform the HIIT such that you get the maximum benefit from it. All you need for this workout is a good pair of running shoes, a stopwatch and sports clothes. It’s better if you head to the a track for this workout. After you warm up and stretch, you will start the workout.
What you are going to do is jog for 60 seconds and then sprint as fast as you can for 30 seconds, then jog for 60 seconds and sprint for 30 seconds. Continue this for 15 minutes. This workout is enough to answer the question how to loose belly fat. Just make sure you eat healthy, if not, you will render this workout useless.

If I walk for 30 minutes 3 times a week will I loose belly fat?
or should I do 5 times a week. I also drink mostly water eat healthy, but obviously I'm human I have my cravings and in the weekends I SOMETIMES ok SOMETIMES I eat junk food. I'm thin but sometimes I see that belly and it makes me uncomfortable.

Yes you will! After doing this for 4 months you will see major results. You will look slimmer, you'll look forward to doing your daily activities (whereas unhealthy people dread them) and you will "like yourself" better. Walking is an ancient remedy for health!
But make sure you have nice shoes. Something impact resistant.

Watch your carbs and sugars-that should help too. (That's where the body stores the excess carbs and sugar-right in the belly area). And I would have to agree that more is better in terms of exercise. Try some windmills, crunches, and cherry pickers too. (I can elaborate if you need me to, I just used the old school names we had for them). But they definitely help reduce the belly by toning and they aren't overly taxing to do and are actually kind of fun to do in a cheesy sort of way.

It can be difficult for some people to find time for a 30 minute workout 5 times a week – myself being one of them. If you do cardio for 25-30 minutes and crunches and stretches for 5-10 minutes right after cardio, you are bound to see a noticeable difference. Try using a balance ball for the crunches… it provides more overall toning and is easier on the neck & back.

The best way to lose belly fat is to do ab work and complement that with a set of short sprints of about 5 sprints of about 50 to 60 yards each with 30 seconds in between. you should be fine, if not while walking try a lite jog for about 10-15 seconds then walk again, try doing about 4-5 jogs while walking and come home and ab work about 2 sets of 25 of upper and lower ab exercises, any exercise will do.

i cant say where you will loose the weight but given time yeah you will loose it as long as you keep doing that amount every week
doing ab based workouts wont make you loose fat from them it will just strengthen your ab muscles and make them bigger
general cardio is the way to go!
