Will doing a lot of belly exercises help? Unfortunately it isn’t that simple to loose love handles. The human body just doesn’t work that way. Let me explain.
When you exercise, the body burns fat evenly through the whole body. Not just the area you are working out. So when you perform belly exercises you are simply toning the abs muscle, fat does not turn into muscle, so you do not loose love handles.
Fat is stored as energy by the body. The body use that energy when greater than usual physical effort is perform. So 20 to 30 minutes of exercise combined with a low fat diet and a good herbal supplement can work wonders. Lets break down these steps.
First, to get rid of love handles and that double chin, you need to look at your diet. This is the most important thing. Cutting down on pastas, potatoes and bread is essential. When you are hungry for a snack reach for a fruit instead of a chocolate bar or a bag of potato chips.
The Second thing you need to do to get rid of love handles is exercise. It is much easier when you have a weight loss system you can follow. It needs to be easy to do and understand otherwise you will not stick with it. If you feel an exercise program is just too demanding to begin with you should take a 20 minute walk. How to loose love handles and have a thinner figure in 10 days?
In school, we are going to Dorney park and I am going on the water rides. It’s in 10 days startinf from today. I really have to loose my love handles and have a thinner figure by then. Is there anything I could do? I want to get rid of it just for this event… is there anythign I can do even if its just temporary?
not 10 days is not enough time to make a visible difference..let alone lose your love handles. You should have started a few months ago. Nothing you can do..not even anything temporary…sorry.

Drink lots of water. Eliminate soda (yes, even diet soda). Reduce your fat intake. Add more activity to your day. Don’t take second helpings of anything. Increase the amount of fruit and vegetables that you eat. Reduce the amount of bread that you eat and, when you do eat break, make it whole wheat or whole grain bread. Eliminate fast food.
