I’ve been hearing a lot of different answers for this question and i wanna know which is better for losing belly fat faster, walking or running?

Running burns calories faster, so if you were to walk or run for the same amount of time, running would obviously be better.

I just hate looking for bathing suits and just other stuff online and seeing all those models with flat stomachs. I know, I know, there is this billion dollar industry to make me feel lame about my body. I need help losing belly fat?

I’m 15 years old, I weigh 136 pounds. But I seem to have trouble losing belly fat.
Please don’t tell me to do crunches. I’ve tried that and I didn’t get much results.
